3. Progress Photos and Health Data
Progress photos and health-related information require your explicit consent before collection. You can:
- Grant or withdraw consent at any time from your customer portal.
- Access, download, or delete your photos at any time.
- Photos are visible only to you, your assigned coach, and authorized management team.
- Photos are stored securely and are not shared with third parties.
4. Data Access Control
- Customer portal data is accessible only to the account holder.
- Support tickets are visible only to the ticket creator and assigned staff.
- Caller/Agent roles cannot download the full customer database.
- All data access is logged for audit purposes.
5. Data Retention
We retain your personal and order data for as long as your account is active. Health data (progress photos) is retained for the duration of your treatment journey plus 90 days, after which it is automatically deleted unless you request earlier deletion.
