We are used both air and road transport. Whatever we find is suitable to ship to your location, we use that medium.

The shipping charges depend on the volume of the items and will be added to your cart when you checkout. The delivery time is 4-7 working days within India. We share you the tracking number as soon as the order is shipped and you can track the status at the relevant courier service website.

In rare cases, delays might occur due to customs clearance delays, flight delays, unavailability of ordered items and other uncontrollable circumstances like natural calamities. However, we always try our level best to ensure delivery within the number of days to delivery as mentioned above. In case the ordered items do not reach the customer within 30 days in India we will reship the items again to you but refund is not allowed for this case. For overseas order if ordered items does not reach to you within 60 days then we will reship the items again to you but refund is not allowed for this case.

In case the package is returned to us after attempt of failed delivery or because of a wrong shipping address provided by the customer at the time of placing order, we will reship your order, only after receiving an email and correct address from you and you have to pay the shipping charge again because this is case of customer’s mistake.

Customs charges and taxes, if any, will have to be borne by the customer. However, by experience, we have learned that customs charges are very rarely applicable on our packages.
